D5 Entry Level Interior Traffic Light

Our model D5 is used in internal applications where you need a LED Traffic Signal on the inside of the building to mimic the traffic light outside. Customers can use this option for example in loading bay applications where the light is linked to an automated system to advise the warehouse staff when the vehicle has docked.

It cannot be used outside because of the low LED emittance that would not be seen in direct sunlight.

The unit has been cleverly designed to have both the red and green LED's within the same 100mm square housing, so reduces the space required for fitment. Generally the Traffic Light with its 2 x rear studs would be fitted to the face of the enclosure carrying your electrical controls.

The picture is to show the two colour red / green LED's, even though they are actually within the one housing.

Rear stud fixing method

The D5-DC is only available in 24v DC and is designed to be mounted onto the front of your control box. Because both LED colours are within the same unit, it doesn't encroach on the tight space on the inside of the doorway, and is not too bright as to affect staff working around the area.

The components of this light cannot be replaced.
